Navigating Through Sickness and Setting Goals for the Year
Reflecting on my second battle with COVID and setting 2024 goals. Join me as I reignite my passion for rollerblading, tackle video creation, and commit to regular blogging. This journey is not just recovery, but a path to personal growth and new challenges.
Over the past few days, I've been under the weather, and today, my COVID test confirmed what I suspected – it's positive. Ironically, this is actually my second time having COVID, and it feels tougher than the first. Coincidentally, the last time I had it was around these same dates.
Fatigue has been a constant companion, leaving me with little energy for deep thought. Yet, I feel compelled to share my aspirations for this year with you all.
My Goals for the Year:
- Get Fit: I'm planning to explore physical activities that I enjoy, with an eye on returning to rollerblading, a past passion of mine. As for the gym, I'll admit, I'm not a fan – but I can't ignore the benefits it offers for health and strength. So, I'm considering giving it a try again.
- Make Videos: Making videos has always been a dream of mine. I even started around the same time as MKBHD. However, I've battled nerves and self-doubt – worries about my English and Spanish accents, my appearance, and how my content would be received. This year, I'm determined to conquer these fears and start my video journey. I'm looking forward to sharing my first creations with you!
- Post More Frequently on My Blog: There was a time when I created tutorials long before it was a popular thing to do. Sometimes, I ponder on the 'what-ifs' of those early days. But dwelling on the past won't lead anywhere. This year, I'm committing to more frequent posts. I value quality over quantity, so I aim to share meaningful, useful content with you all.
I'm optimistic about a speedy recovery and getting back on my feet. In the meantime, I'd love to hear your thoughts and encouragement. Stay tuned for more updates on my blog and upcoming videos.
Thanks for your support,
Jeremy Molina
